Predlog novog Zakona o zaštiti potrošača Srbije
01.09.2009. god. u hotelu „Kontinental“ u Beogradu, Ministarstvo trgovine i usluga predstavilo je predlog rešenja novog zakona o zaštiti potrošača koji uključuje 15 ključnih evropskih direktiva iz ove oblasti. Evropski komesar za zaštitu potrošača Meglena Kuneva ocenila je da će novi zakon doprineti ne samo zaštiti prava potrošača, već i razvoju ekonomije i poslovanja u Srbiji. Prema njenim rečima, zakon će pomoći Srbiji da bude uspešna na putu ka njenom članstvu u Evropskoj uniji.
