Skupština

CEPS-om upravlja Skupština kao najviši organ. Skupštinu čine po dva predstavnika organizacija koje su u sastavu CEPS.  Mandati period članova Skupštine je četiri (4) godine. Skupština bira Pretsednika. Redovna Skupština se održava najmanje jednom godišnje, a vanredna prema potrebi.

Skupštinom predsedava Predsednik CEPS-a, a u slučaju njegove sprečenosti Potpredsednik Skupštine.
